RAINBOW TABLE

A thick large piece of natural parota wood and barcode glass are placed together to form this modern, sculptural dinning table. The veins of the wood are visible through the glossy appearance. 

The table was cut in the center with a rectangular whole to perfectly place the glass surface to give this two very classic materials a playful and tropical twist. 

 

The piece is standing on clear thick glass legs, each one attached to a rectangular wood prism to give this table the appearance of both delicacy and robustness.
